    Love hate relationship
    The good things- good environment - people are nice
    The challengesThe imposition of an international culture by top management has created significant issues for the Malaysian team. At one point, everyone felt as if each day could be their last working for the company. Additionally, the plant manager’s (interim) b***ing attitude has exacerbated the situation.
