    The good thingsGood workplace to gain your knowledge & work experience. As a fresh graduate, you can learn more about aviation industry. The staff was friendly.

    The good thingsThe workplace environment, colleagues are very friendly, well communicated, a lot of activities every year. The boss was taking much of care about the staff needed. Very enjoyable.
    The challengesMultitask. You need to be energetic, hardworking, creative & critical thinking about express some ideas to make your tasks much more easier to do.

    Stable & Growing - SME Business
    The good things1. Work Life Balance - I experience less stress and very friendly environment, while working here, most of the staff are very helpful and the management did not put much pressure (working extra time) and crazy datelines. 2. Adequate & Reasonable Benefits - as for growing SME Business, we received bonus (once in a year) plus a token (hari raya / end year closing) For lecturing, I got teaching claim which really good pay aside from my monthly basic salary.
    The challenges1. Career Advancement - post for managerial position are slightly limited but there's always a room for improvement given. For office politics ; its everywhere, but I found it ok and not as bad as been describe.
