Competitive salary but micromanagement from the top
The good thingsSalary are fairly competitive, colleagues are helpful and no overtime (for an agency)
The challengesInflexible with time, no bonus, no project managers (therefore you manage and execute). The leaders are very male-oriented and lack of diversity in thinking albeit the colleagues are diverse in its own. Therefore no real “diversity” if the directive comes from the same thinking.

Leadership Does Not Accept Advice Or Criticism
The good thingsCompany aims to be highly productive down to the minute. All work tracked via time tracker app. Extremely hands-on and fast-paced work environment. Your will be tasked with work that tests you and your commitment to the company and to grow personally. Centralized leadership with stoic culture.
The challengesLeadership has misbehaved in the treatment of their staff. Pseudo-personal insults woven into work related criticism make it easy for the continuous upkeep of a toxic culture. Leadership goes to great lengths to ensure negative reinforcement is enforced upon any occurrence of work challenges or hurdles one might encounter. Lastly, leadership does not act ethically within the bounds of mutual respect between individuals.
