    The good thingsI just finish my intern on may 2023, so far so many things i learn here in term of arrangement for cust travel like booking accom and transport..

    The good thingsEvery staff have own job description. No need multi task and workers can focus their daily task. Boss also provide condominium (house) for staff. Good example as a employer.
    The challengesSo many booking from customer and every day will busy. So as a workers, we have to work fast without doing mistake.

    The good thingsThe management very serious in term of handling customer trip & always wants give the best for customer. Other than that, minimum once a year management will send staff for training at peninsular. Very good in term of career development.

    The challengesas a developing company, company not able to provide a good system at the first place. After a few month company able to find a good system to help staff manage their works. This shows that company start to grow.

Staff able to learn from problem and situation. Most of the time we will share our thought and solution to others staff. even the staff are from other department. Employer give 100% trust to his/her staff.
