Less than 1 year in the role, current employee

Great learning platform

The good things- Good management level, provide well guidance - Chances of learning in several field; planning, self-management, research, etc. - Teamwork, things wont success without a proper teamwork - Good working environment, good staffs, effective supervisor and management team - Opportunity to travel, to visit the supplier in local or oversea - Interesting event, birthday celebration monthly, Christmas gift exchange

The challenges- Multitask is a good learning platform but more resources (team members) needed for a better results - Work-life balance can be improve - Petrol allowance for those staying far away from company (suggestion)
