    Good work environment
    The good thingsGood work environment. Staffs are very helpful towards students and demonstrated the SOPs very efficiently. The staff also encouraged the students to ask questions and assist them in doing PPMs in the hospital.

    The good thingsColleagues are very supportive.
    The challengesVery low salary. Jobs are a lot and expected to finish early. Very low chance to get promotion and the training syllabus are very scattered. Overtime wage are also cut and the reason they give is we used some of the time for eat and pray.

    Work Review at AP, some says its good for gain experience but worst at the salary. The supervisor always or can say everyday keep order angrily to ask us to finish the job even it is just today. Okay that’s all.

    Good for long term and startup for fresh graduate
    The good thingsFriendly workers that will help anytime. Improve your critical thinking and come out with brilliant idea to solve problem. Welfare of worker is considerably good. No discrimination on qualification. Can start from zero and manageable stress condition.
    The challengesSlow spare part movement. Different treatment on small and big site by management. Reports can be ask as early at 5 in the morning but rarely happen. Weird thinking of the management part.

    Very low low low salary. Avoid it if your target is to get a good salary.
    The good thingsWorking environment is good. Good friends. Boss is OK not so bad bt got high pitch. Can learn lot of things in bio-med Eng industry. Build your networks with customer & vendor.
    The challengesVery very very low salary. The worst salary range compared to another concession. This place is good for starter who just finished their study. But not if you plan for a long run. Bonuses also less than a month. Also less benefit.

    The good thingsFrom the point-of-view of an electronic engineering student working as an intern student, the world of biomedical engineering is like a new world to me. The opportunity for me to learn how to troubleshoot and repair the biomedical equipment with the knowledge I have is magnificent.
    The challengesFrom the point-of-view of an electronic engineering student working as an intern student, the working environment is harsh due to the exposure of bacteria and viruses within the hospital. Sometimes, the engineer needs to respond to the report which may happen in the middle of the night or dawn.
