    The good thingsGood work life balance, company provides accommodation, vehicles for site staffs, great for fresh graduate engineers
    The challengesTop management are ignorant on subordinates condition sometimes, and you don't get to enjoy Christmas holiday!

    Strong Company With Great People!!
    The good thingsA well establishes company with strong financial fundamental. Most staffs are genuine & willing to help. Overall salary package is good. They even cover your lunch & parking.
    The challengesAs usual, you can't run away from office politics, but luckily it is mostly around the management-level staff. Collaboration between departments needs to be improved. Your career life here highly depends on what kind of Manager you've followed. Stay low & observe. Good luck.

    Chance of getting promotion or increment is depending on which leader we follow.
    The good thingsLearn and gain a lot of skills and experience. A lot of training course provided to staff.
    The challengeswork independent, lack of support from superior. Bad luck if following a bad leader or superior. Chance of promoting and increment is slow even if you working hard.

    The good thingsGood things, good benefit for site staff. Such as, transport and home living. Also, can learn how to manage the daily routine on scop of job. Can learn about heavy machine and lorry.
