    The challengesBasic salary for fresh grad is too low. Its like you live in 1999. The company should revise the salary for new hire. Even protégée/Slim got higher salary than new staff.

    The good thingsA great opportunity to work and learn from the engineers there. Everyone shares the knowledge and kind. A great working environment where I would suggests anyone to take the opportunity working at AAT. Overall, I have a great time during my internship there.
    The challengesYou need to be persistent and competent. Always add the knowledge because the challenge is always differ everyday. The engineers play a very important role for the airport to be function as they responsible for the mantanence.

The best place for starting your career with a lot of benefit. The work environment you make you forget that you are in office and thinks like in a home.

    The good thingsFamily always come first in here. If your parents or your family got problem with their health, you can take emergency leave immediately. I also learn lot of thing in here, everything need to be done by yourself. So good experience for technical people. But you need to had good ethic due everything must been done by you and nobody gonna to force or lead you.
    The challengesMost challenging is salary, the increment not so good even you work hard. People not respect other people values, for examples you been task to do some report. They just take your idea but not give any recommendation or not tell the truth that the idea is come from you.
