    Serious issues, multiple red flags
    The good thingsSaya belajar bagaimana untuk tidak menjadi seorang pekerja yang tidak bagus, bagaimana untuk tidak menjadi seorang ketua yang tidak cekap. Saya belajar bagaimana untuk menjadi seorang “leader”.
    The challengesGaji rendah berbanding kelayakan dan pasaran, medical benefits sikit dan diberi secara bulanan dan tidak boleh carry forward. Pengurusan micromanage dan ada trust issues. Arahan bercanggah antara ketua menyebabkan tiada kerjasama antara jabatan. Mesyuarat kebanyakannya drag dan tidak produktif, membuang masa. Kurang profesionalisme dan tiada kod etika kerja jelas di kalangan kebanyakan staff (tiada basic communication skills), ramai staf menunjukkan tingkah laku yang tidak sesuai dan pelik. Gagal melantik individu penting yang kompeten dari segi skills dan EQ. Work culture yang lemah, resistant to change dan tiada kesedaran untuk buat perkara betul. Policy whistleblowing hanya sekadar polisi. Rules yang ketat hanya untuk staff bawahan, denda dan penalty sekiranya tidak dipatuhi, tetapi pekerja atasan yang tidak patuh tidak dikenakan tindakan malah tidak menunjukkan contoh yang baik (no lead by example). Tak ada team building activities. Sila ambil kritikan membina ini untuk improve.

    The good things- Good seniors to teach and guide you - Many young people who are also friendly and helpful - Good system to start - Alot to learn , specifically to understand factory management, machinery use, product costing and other specialisations

    Good experience line to be shared with the world
    The good thingsthe employer is very nice. they care about their employee .even sometimes i very stress, but I really enjoy working there. And they teach me so many things ,until after one month I worked, I can learn fast from what they teach. I easily understand what actually i was doing. And now, at this moment I really regret leave them. :-(
    The challengesSometime it hard to communicate with general workers ,but they very friendly. Actually I am not friendly at all, maybe that why I cannot communicated well with them. the challenges come from me.And some times they speak English, I know ,I can understand them but I cannot respond. And from there I keep telling myself to always speak English.Thank You so much.
