    You need a very tough mindset when you first join, because you’ll feel completely alone. Most people already have their own cliques and will put you aside. Nobody cares about how you’re doing, they only care about themselves
    The good thingsPlenty of snacks in pantry, new and clean office
    The challengesThe work culture is poor—newcomers are easily boycotted. Expectations are high, but no one explains the company’s direction; instead, people just talk behind your back

    Normal, but good to learn
    The good thingsThe good things when you working here is you can get a lot benefits when company have event or celebration. Work life balance and salary is average, won't so low.
    The challengesManagement got problem, you will feel politics and boycott. Communication across the team or department got problem. Young generation people hard survive because have a lot X-Gen.
