    Friendly people
    The good thingsThere is no internal politics there so working is very comfortable there. The higher ups are very friendly and patient.
    The challengesThe work requires to be able to work on-site. The working hours can be long on some days to rush the timeline.There are chances to be away from home for the whole weekdays.
