    An established company but weak management.
    The good thingsDespite the high salaries offered, the overall work experience was disappointing. The lack of effective management and SOPs led to delays in projects, mistakes in deliverables, and frustration among employees. It was clear that the high salaries were not justified by the quality of leadership and operational processes in place.
    The challengesMy experience AE Tools has been nothing short of chaotic and frustrating due to their abysmal management and lack of standard operating procedures (SOPs). It's clear that this company has serious organizational and leadership issues that negatively impact their employees and customers alike. First and foremost, the lack of clear communication and direction from the management team was appalling. There were constant changes in policies and procedures without any proper notice, leaving employees confused and scrambling to keep up. The management seemed disorganized and unresponsive to feedback or concerns, leading to a toxic work environment and a culture of confusion. Furthermore, the absence of well-defined SOPs resulted in inconsistency in how tasks were performed and a lack of accountability. There were no established protocols or guidelines for employees to follow, resulting in confusion and errors. It felt like everyone was operating in their own way, leading to a lot of inefficiencies and mistakes. Additionally, the management's inability to address employee concerns or provide clear expectations led to a high turnover rate. Many employees left the company due to frustration with the lack of leadership and direction. This constant turnover also affected the quality of customer service, as there was a constant influx of new and inexperienced employees.

    Wont recommend to join, you will regrets
    The good thingsFreedom, no need thump print and freedom(no working friends) ONLY YOU ALONE ONLY IN OFFICE... Before I join got 3 people leaved in 2 months... promise will travel but don't hope so much
    The challengesNo proper guidance, you need do everything ALONE. Poor management and no proper communication... cannot deal with china and philippines directly... NO EPF, PAYSLIPS.

    The good thingsPromise by management to travel, but don't expect it to be true
    The challengesMicro manage everything, they expect you to work the entire time, even at night. No proper support, no guidance, you must do everything yourself and overall a very bad culture.

    The good thingsOpportunity to work in overseas such as China, USA, UK for long term (without working visa)
    The challenges- Management does not have planning and strategy to run the company. - Do not have proper organisations (no HR, IT, admin), micro manage, not allow to deal directly with colleagues in China, Philippine. - No EPF, insurance, payslip
