It's clear that this company has serious organizational and leadership issues that negatively impact their employees and customers alike.
First and foremost, the lack of clear communication and direction from the management team was appalling. There were constant changes in policies and procedures without any proper notice, leaving employees confused and scrambling to keep up. The management seemed disorganized and unresponsive to feedback or concerns, leading to a toxic work environment and a culture of confusion.
Furthermore, the absence of well-defined SOPs resulted in inconsistency in how tasks were performed and a lack of accountability. There were no established protocols or guidelines for employees to follow, resulting in confusion and errors. It felt like everyone was operating in their own way, leading to a lot of inefficiencies and mistakes.
Additionally, the management's inability to address employee concerns or provide clear expectations led to a high turnover rate.
