    The challengesNeed to ask the staff what they want to improve their career & sometime manager don't want to approve. as per my working experience, they don't want to give me opportunity to enhanced my knowledge in REVIT job.

    The good thingsFor my department, the people were kind and approachable enough that I could easily ask for help or look for things to do. I was given some regular tasks and could tell that my PICs were always looking out for work to give me. There were many activities for staff within the companies throughout my 12-week stay including group activities, engineering workshops, and others. The allowance given for interns is considerably higher than in most companies. It seemed like it would be easy to move up in this company as it is an international firm.
    The challengesThere was a shift in management towards the end of my stay who seemed to be changing most of the good things I saw. Most of the projects they relied on are transportation projects in Malaysia, which are currently being setback.
