    A multinational company with no vision leadership
    The good thingsSeriously, nothing fascinate here. Salary is below market range, handful employees' benefit, disorganize working environment, management team is very aging (average above 50 years old) with close mind-set, lack of motivation spirit.
    The challengesNon-flexi working hour, want employees to do more but not willing to offer compensation. A lot of Whatsapp groups and messages especially after office hours and during weekend, very stressful working environment as occasionally require employees to work extra long OT hours.

    The good thingsNice colleagues if you have good communication skills. Can learn few stuffs if you have own initiative.
    The challengesLow pay, bad management who don't provide career development opportunity. Rely for sales from HQ alone. Pretend to listen to your problems but actually have zero concern on you. Comfort place for low skill people to have a secured job.

    Poor Leadership and Immature Management
    The good thingsThe company is providing somewhat good benefit and allowances.
    The challengesPoor management leads to uncomfortable working environment especially in Assembly department. Certain superior isn't willing to share the information/knowledge to the newcomers. Newcomers are feeling unsure about their own job scope and responsibility as well. Imbalance organizational chart is the root cause of those amateur working performances.

    Most supportive workforce!
    The good thingsEnjoyed the teachings of skillful and supportive seniors. Tons of trainings to understand the tool better. A lot of travelling overseas to support tool installation and support.
