    The good thingsThe only positive was gaining some work experience in the industry.

    The good thingsGood working environment. Opportunity to learn Japanese language and their work culture. Working with Japanese, they are very patient and share their knowledge. They also willing to learn our way of cleaning compared to Japanese standard. They also very tight in budget and know how to multi task with that tight budget.

    Japanese working way
    The good thingsAeon Delight Malaysia Sdn Bhd is just 3 years in Malaysia. It was located at Wisma Maluri, Jalan Jejaka Cheras. I was offered as an Operation Manager for Cleaning Division that my bosses are Japanese. They have many ideas way of Japanese working especially in cleaning and shared also compared to Malaysian working way.
    The challengesFirst 2 months is a but difficult to adapt Japanese way of work as we know they are hard working. Yhey also very concern about costing which need to explain to them with 5W 1H. I've shared and explain which cleaning method that are suitable in Malaysia. They are very open minded and accept which ever way that suits with Malaysia culture.
