    The Worst Workplace Ever
    The good thingsNothing I can think of.
    The challengesI regret accepting the offer, as this company is like an apple, beautiful on the outside but rotten and full of worms on the inside. The work environment is toxic, the management system is poorly structured, and the favoritism, along with weak leadership especially from upper management is a serious problem. It’s a shame.

    A great place to start a career
    The good thingsAEON Fantasy train me a lot in communication, analytical and multitasking skills. Furthermore, working here also help me to improve my discipline and always act immediately if the action bring a good result.
    The challengesI think that company should give a very clear guideline in order to handle the customer complaint so that the staff know on how to solve the problem properly and able to achieve customer satisfaction.

    The good thingsThe friendly customers and so many new things you can learn everyday
    The challengesAs it is a japanese based company. There are very strict rules and regulation you need to follow. Some might find it hard to cope however some find it as an opportunity to install some self discipline. Lastly, as i work in one of the biggest branch ehich is at mytown, i sometimes felt overwhelmed with the amount of customers that was there during the weekends but i learnt how to work under intense pressure thanks to this.

    The good thingsTeach us to be a good leader and to treat customer in good manner. Learn more about business especially how to deal with authority in stern situations. They are giving us a knowledge with giving us an opportunity to attending all types of training including leadership, technical, customer service and many more.
    The challengesTo serve the best for the customer. To maintain the equipment always in good condition. To motivate subordinate to attend the customer as their VIPs. To teach subordinate how to maintain their attitude.
