    The good thingsOpportunity to grow with on the job training as well as off-job trainings provided. Shift works, whereby working hours can be arranged with the team members within the department. Good leaders who listen to staffs' problems as well as opinions & try to resolve them.
    The challengesHaving to work during weekends and public holidays. Managing customer from all walks of life who has different expectations on services rendered.

    The good thingsI learn a lot from this company how to approach customer during promotion period how to handle angry customer. Other than that I have learn company system that I never learn from studies and company environment similar to say working life is totally different from what we understand during college time. Here I learn how to control our time and working pressure. So far this company teach me a lot
    The challengesThe challenges that I face is working in retail is totally different from normal working hours. I can't spend good time among to my family. Variety of people that I face every day and handling staff is the biggest challenges that I face in this company.
