    The good thingsGood for fresh graduate. More experience and knowledge about airlines/aviation. The base for career movement. Quite challenge. It is good to train yourself to work hard and manage time properly. Travel for free and got discount price for flight ticket.
    The challengesFacing 200++ passenger per day sound crazy. But the experience is crazy worthy. Work morning shift at 4 am. Yes . u can do it.

    The challengesShort connecting time between flights. Managing manpower and equipments. Since working outdoor, staff has to be familiar with different weather and air pollution.

    The challengesBad working environment. Seniority culture is very bad here. You as a junior, have to introduce yourself to all the seniors. Some might looks like not welcoming you. If you're not doing so, or late doing it, probably you'll be considered rude (kurang ajar). Career development is bad, you have to be really good with the management. Annual leave is hard to get approved as well, first few years of working, ready to spend the raya at the airport. Since the raya holiday is being granted by seniority as well (what a funny culture here). Seniority culture is way worse than the highschool. No bonuses and raises for the past few years (some say since the new company being founded). You should opt for Ground Team Red or Pos Aviation than Aerodarat.

    The challengesnot easy to get annual leave, cronism, boss, roster(ikut nasib), hard to move around unless kipas boss. For new staff, after 2 years then you will get permanant basis. Contract without epf and socso.

    I have work as a Senior Reservation Officer for Aerodarat for nearly 2 years since the turnaround of Malaysia Airlines. Before this I work for the same position with Malaysia Airlines.
    The good thingsGood things about here is everyday you get to meet different people , learning a new thing. You also will learn quickly about customer service and airlines reservation system. Besides that, you also will learn being a leader of your own as you will take a lot of responsibilities for every of your action.
    The challengesChallenges for working in this company is that the company was run with a tight budget from what I was informed. Many things that the employee need or requested most of the time will be denied or not will be entertained. The allowance and basic is very low compared to other company and did not match with the responsibilities given.
