    Great Opportunity to work with MAG
    The good thingsWorking over here, your able to seek a good bank balance each month. Plus with the benefits of able to do overtime and PH, you can easily seek a good salary at the end of the day. Work well over here, your performance will be overviewed, and might have chances to be promoted.
    The challengesWorking for 10 hours straight. You may / may not get time to have some break during work, as number of flights wont be the same each day. certain days, you'll have ample of time to rest(rarely). There might be times that you are subjected to work additional hours, if the last flight gets delayed. AL, will be not that easy to be given by management, especially during festival.

    The challengesThere is not increment salary yearly. No bonus yearly. The management do not care for non-executive staff.(Human resourses)

    The good thingsIts a big company with a lot of staff.The workflow is balanced and the company always provide enough benefits for staff.The working environment also comfortable to work with.
    The challengesEverything is fine.The only problem is that due to the pandemic,all airline are affected very badly and the company had to lower their staff number to cut costs but thats understandable since the cause unavoidable and the pandemic have already affected very badly in almost every aspect of our country economy
