    Big Vision but Poor Working Environment
    The good thingsThe management and CEO have a big vision which is good for the company. Location located in Cyberjaya, not much traffic
    The challengesPeople here are really unfriendly. Be aware that most of the employee here smokes, so if you hate the smell of smoking, don't ever think of joining. Employee frequently go out and smoke. Worst efficiency

    The challengesthe motto "No fuss, No drama, Just deliver" is not applicable because drama is there, it is unavoidable. It's about how you managed the drama makes you are a better leader.

    Great place as a stepping stone
    The good thingsGreat environment, machines and worker's welfare are fulfill. the career opportunities are very high because most of the time, people come and go as they get better offer from other company.
    The challengesBasically the salary is a bit low compared to other company that are doing the same business. Basic benefits and perks and the HR department are sometimes slow upon contracts offered.

    WORKING LIFE BALANCE
    The good things-THE ENVIRONMENT BETWEEN WORKERS ARE GOOD -CAN LEARN A LOT OF THINGS -PIONEER IN DRONE - THE MANAGEMENT HAVE A FURTHER VISSION
    The challenges-NO BONUSES - THEY NOT PAY AN EPF ALMOST THAN 3 MONTHS - BAD IN WORK/LIFE BALANCE -SO HARD TO GET PROMOTION AND INCREMENTS EVERY YEAR - WORKERS' WELFARE ARE NOT THEIR BEST CONCERN
