    Easy job but management team is...
    The good thingsThe job is fairly easy to do and it's fun if your passengers are friendly.
    The challengesThe work hour is ridiculously long. The hostel provided at the depot too but they've repainted and repaired it. The management team is just toying with our lives.

    I learnt a lot from time managing, customer and pax handling, hygiene, communication skills and etc.
    The good thingsGood things about my current company is you got to improve your skills to communicate and solving problems because you face a lot of people from different walk of culture. A side from that, you got to have enough rest and quite a good pay for beginners.
    The challengesChallenges are actually what reflects yourself whether you can or can't do it, what matters are how you would interprete those challenges into your strength.
