    The challengesAerospace and Aeronautics companies are really strict with the rules and regulations. Thus, any unreported damages will be considered as an act of crime.

    The good thingsAlthough I just stayed there for a short period as an internship student, I have learned a lot of new things that really crucial for a student like me. The staffs were really kind and supportive. They helped and guided me on how to complete the tasks and projects given.

    Learning is great
    The good thingsI love to learn new things. So in ACM, I learn how to handle shipment and how those products have been made which is from scratch to finish product. There are many type of program panel that I need to learn in within 4 months. Even though I can't mastered it all at least I learn something that I really proud of and really want to. Learning does not stop.
    The challengesAfter 4 months, I feel that there were some issues in shipping area which is limited space to store all those programmes panel. Besides we don't have machine that support those workers. So we need to use fully human power to store all the panels.

    The challengesI did not enjoy to work here because the management in here is not the best out of the best.The management here is a sweet talker and like to put hopes to others but they take other new and fresh graduate instead of experienced people in the company.

    The good thingsEnjoy the atmosphere and working culture improvement towards the company direction. All work together to achieve one mission. Gained knowledge and experienced in aerospace industries which require attention on quality and process flow.
    The challengesControlling different subjective variables in composites process required more attention in every process and parameters. Still have a lot of potential/room to improve especially for automation support.
