If you're reading reviews, look closely. Even the ones with 4 stars often hint at red flags. It’s not hard to tell which ones were "encouraged" by HR.
The good thingsPay on time, and that's it.
The challengesExpect minimal work-life balance, constant pressure, and a workload that never lets up. You'll often find yourself having to watch your back, and career progression moves at a snail's pace.

I would reconsider to re-join the company if Im back in KL
The good thingsDespite bad time, still got Bonus. Got Company trip (overseas)/ got Annual Dinner. The pace is very fast, which makes it less time for staff to be idle and waste time gossiping. location was easy to access so no worry about transportation.
The challenges1. some Team Leads act as though they are HOD. 2. there tend to be times when it was overloaded, but that is during big project times. bosses are ok. 3. career development a bit slow but ok
