The good thingsopen environment where you can discuss the issues with seniors and managers, ongoing training, well paid salary considering a medium firm, diversified clients background, good exposure.

    Learning process
The good thingsThe environment, the continuing training as well as the co workers. Besides that, the flexible way in doing the work and not to strict with rules or protocols.
The challengesThe current issues relating to the changes in audit presentation as well as the continuing learning on standards and the changes on it to be able to present audit as according to standards applicable.

    Experience
The good thingsGood firm to gain experience. It gives you a great view of multiple industries as it has a diversified client base. This in return gives you better exposure and also can increase your protfilio if you plan to go work in the industries later on. All in all, the staff there are great and encouraging, happy to have done my internship there.
The challengesThe work load is quite high as all audit firms are during the busy months. So don't plan on going back on time as it can be demanding at times when it's busy, up to the point of having to stay at the office for days in order to finish the engagement before the deadline.
