    A good learning ground as a fresh graduate.
    The good thingsWill learn a lot of things if you join them as a a fresh graduate. Supportive colleagues and friendly environment (exclude manager).
    The challengesSalary range too low and lack of benefits. Did not filter candidate properly for the higher position (e.g manager. Lack of experience and knowledge, refused to listen their direct report explanation and love to put a blame on others).

    The challengesOne employee doing multiple task, company doesn't hire a new replacement everytime when an employee quits the job. Then instruct those still remain in the company replacing his/her role by doing 2 persons or more of their jobs but still getting single salary.
