The good thingsNothing much. Only few people are open minded and willing to help each other
The challengesHighly not recommend this compant. The bosses are old school people. Dont know how to treat the employees. If take Mc prepare for Lecturer. Wont care about the employee's work life balance. Even the HR also not knowledgeable person regarding HR matter (just follow the boss). Very bad environment and management.

The good thingsthis is a very good place to gain experience in HR field. just as a junior there, you must be able to control your emotion when dealing with the senior staff.
The challengesto get into the team since the senior staff have a powerful voices. you need to be brilliant and well organized, no proper handling of task there

What a greats and challenge at Past working office
The good thingsflexible working time, good environment to start career and gain knowledge, Have a helpful buddies to teach on how to do work. Salary pay on time and can claim some overtime. Yes you can expose to a lot of different people from across different country because you need to liaise with some of the vendor. This will make you have Friends share knowledge and they usually can be your teacher. Thanks
The challengesSome daily task is difficult to handle if dint get support form vendor or required to chase them everyday to get updates. Required some of communication skill to communicate because some of them are from overseas especially from India. Of course some time it's required you to stay at office and work on weekends to settle the job, but it's depend on the job also and not every time. Thanks
