    Great to learn new things
    The good thingsWhen I came here my boss right away shows his open mind to try new things. This made it really exciting to work here as nothing is static which I like. Each month we brainstorm to come up with different ideas or improvements. Really happy to work here!
    The challengesBecause the team is small, sometimes there is a lot of things to cover, but every challenge brings opportunity. Like this, I had my fingers on many things and learned a lot.

    The good thingsThe company has a good sense for you as a human being. They understand that sometimes you have an emergency with family and they can be flexible and understanding. Directors and CEO are very open to talking to you and give you advice. Also, their salaries are above average. I enjoyed working there.
    The challengesAs an IT company, it can be difficult to understand to your peers, especially in the beginning when they use all the special terms.
