    Great learning and working environment.
    The good thingsCan learn a lot of new things that can be used at other places. They will give you adequate time to learn the systems and working instructions. You will also be able to learn at least 2 to 3 products/tasks in just a short period. Great benefit for full time employees. The amenities are all inside the building. Comfortable working areas.
    The challengesBias treatment between contract and full time employees. HR and department management might not take the right action to protect their employees. Need to be at the same working pace as others.

    The good things- The company treat intern as same as normal worker (in terms of training chances, meal allowance, gifts and etc.) which makes you feel being respected. - Real life work is given and plenty chances of learning. - Very friendly environment and work life balance. - Good company culture.

    The good thingsEnvironment, benefits & people. There is always an opportunity to balance your work and life working here. Strong support by your manager and HR. Most of people who left will surely come back to work here.
    The challengesThe branch in Penang is small. So, there is a limited opportunity to grow. Mostly the people here and even the management are young people and very capable so it will be a long time before you step on their shoes.

    The good thingsHighly involved interns in engineering and non-engineering activities. Manager is always open to opinions that are out of the box and willing to listen to new ideas. A good place to start learn basic testing, functions and management strategies in workforce.
    The challengesMight not be working on projects that are too technical as the daily challenge is to maintain production. However you will learn either way as an intern here.
