    Work life balance but with huge political involvement
    The good thingsWork time is flexible ie. you can choose to come as at as 10am or to go home as early as 4.30pm

    The good thingsGet to learn on what went wrong on customers' businesses which lead to their tight cashflow. Have an opportunity to assist customer to resolve their financial distress by first understanding their business model and root cause of the problem.
    The challengesThe challenges is to meet expectation from both customers and top management. To always ensure any propose solutions are within the Bank's existing policy

    If you tough person, you can handle it.
    The good thingsWorking environment is good, some people here are very kind.. but not all of them willing to spend time with you to explain how the work is done. You will learn a lot of things here even out from your job scope. the bonding between the staff are great.
    The challengesSometime workload is to much (depend who is your boss). Here you will learn a lot of things, but there is NO guidance provide by your boss.. you have to walk alone meet with other department even you just executive.

    Good Environment, Low Salary
    The good thingsFor me, it's not a high strung place. There is still a hefty amount of workload, but manageable. People here aren't too mean. It's only gossips thay ran rampant. Bosses are okay; negotiable.
    The challengesNot much, since all people are nice, they tend to shifts their workload to ours. The only problem is salary, too low within the industry. Okay benefits, nothing to shout sbout though.

    Great exposure, best team ever.
    The good things1. My team. They're the main factor why I enjoy working in Agrobank. 2. Work-life balance. To have worked from 12 hours, now up until 9 hours, I am blessed and grateful. 3. Partly because of my religious belief, so I enjoyed having a prayer recited before start working every morning. 4. Free Zumba Class (for ladies) every Friday and numerous health check up activities.
    The challenges1. Career progression. It's in the pipeline - so let's see. 2. Flexible hours would be great especially for those who are working long hours. 3. Better office equipment, please. PC, Laptop, software, hardware.

    The good thingsi really enjoy the environment and people i working with.
    The challengesyou may face challenges when you want to do your work as it usually a one man show kind of work, this is where you need to be creative to be the pioneer, the mover and finisher.
