    Efficient and productive work culture
    The good thingsmanagement may be firm in their expectations but during the MCO, they never dismissed any staff but they gave salary increases and bonus!
    The challengesMinor issues not significant. This is true for all companies. No one company is 100% perfect.

    The good thingsWhilst many companies are downsizing, retrenching and cutting pay, AGV has been committed to ensure staff get full salaries with even small increments and bonus without any reduction in benefits. Top management is committed to running the firm with profits even with challenging economy
    The challengesSenior consultants are strict to ensure work is well done to make sure clients are happy. So as staff, we need to always perform well. Strict work ethics which some fresh graduates cannot adapt

    A very good work experience and good exposure to the environmental consulting industry.
    The good thingsThe senior management here are highly qualified and have many years of experience in the industry hence, they are able to lead and mentor the employees well. The workload is quite balanced and the management does take into account work-life balance as employees are usually not required to stay past office hours.
    The challengesSome periods can be quite busy but that is inevitable in any company.

    The good thingsThe senior staff are highly qualified and the projects are very diverse. Growth curve is very high. Lots of career opportunities as the company is growing rapidly. The salary and benefits are better than most multinational firms.
    The challengesLots of projects so there is a continuous need to learn and keep updated. Plus have a sound knowledge on the topics. This is to ensure that you can cope with the projects. If you are a hardworking person, this is a great place. If you are lazy, you will not fit in

    The good thingsThe projects are diverse and technically challenging. This helps to build knowledge and experience within a short period. There is room for growth as the principal consultants take time to teach.
    The challengesThe workload can get heavy because the company is growing very well. This means having to juggle 3-4 projects at one time.
