    Poor management and you will stuck in the same position for years
    The good thingsAverage, they willing to spend more on entertainment, external parties etc. However, not towards their own staff.
    The challengesFeel unappreciated, however even tried to speak up they will find mistakes in you. Toxic kinda environment, very LOW salary, LOW increment, poor leadership and management

    They are doing everything in very outdated manners.
    The good thingsOnly the entertainment part, they willing to spend. but for staff needs, or welfare, very poor.

    Work life balance and others benefits but with low salary range
    The good thingswork life balance, half day early realease on festive eve, 13th month salary on Dec & performance bonus on March and others benefits. overall i can say this is the perfect place for fresh grads to gain experince and for those who want to settle down in their career.
    The challengesregret to say, the salary here are super low. i think the company should study malaysia salary market in order to have a compatative salary. and i think some of their staff with higher position need to learn how to manage their behavior.

    Place to learn a lot but not a place to grow for long term
    The good thingsGood things if you willing to go extra mile and learn a lot of things, I learnt a lot and can say a stepping stone when I started my career. They love if you can do A to Z then you do yourself it benefits you in long run. Expose yourself and learn.
    The challengesYou may not be the favourite one over time and experience and dedication may not be appreciated here in long run. Learn and jump out even hardly get same pay and same benefits somehow trust the experience you will find your way soon.

    Passable international exposure
    The good thingsGood to experience an international exposure, tolerable work life balance as they work sharp from 9am to 6pm. Some other good things are provided like free zumba, badminton, football and free fruits weekly.
    The challengesYou would definitely face challenges in any company, depends how massive and how you'd handle it. Mine started in a good way as i have got to build a strong brand for few years but sadly that was it, so i had to put a stop to to their antique games.

    Most companies have politics but this company is the worst
    The good thingsGood things about they work 9-6. Sharp so you'll have a quality time work life balance. Bonus 2x , one time is fixed and the other is based on performance but usually only the chosen (fav) ones will get.
    The challengesI have work for about more than 5 years, been facing ups and downs. Overall the management plays a preference in an employee, finding causes in others and they wont fight for you even same team. Not sure if this could improve but the same group player has been playing in the upper position for many years as this is a family business. So comfortable in what they have now and not moving forward could be tough to some staff and very less self development if you are looking for one

    The good thingsa lot of thing you may see eg. for the career growth each of the staff and the colleague. Just only thing depends on themselves to take the challenge or to give up. Good for the fresh graduate to start their career as a lot of opportunity for them in this organization.

    The good thingspunctuality is the most important thing in this company, we dealing with customer with our on team punctuality is the main thing we should take care, never miss dateline, or late arranging delivery the goods to customer.
    The challengesthe most challenging thing in this company is how you handle the pressure and work under other people instruction who does not know anything what should you do . the greater challenge is once you make a mistake, that will effect everything , and how you handle that problem is the main challenge.

    Working Experience
    The good thingsThe working environment is really good. Friendly and helpful team members. And in time of need, team member support among themselves in order to get the task done. What else to say? I am quite happy when I worked there :)
    The challengesAt times there are unreasonable requests by other department, especially the customer service. Requesting to do tasks that is given at the very last minute, and expect the task to be done immediately. They can be quite pushy in this matter. Which sometimes caused communication breakdown.
