The supportive environment, hands-on experience, and exposure to real project complexities have strengthened my skills in planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
The challengesWhile working with AZRB, I see opportunities for improvement in communication flow and decision-making timelines, especially between departments and external stakeholders. Streamlining internal processes, enhancing coordination channels, and adopting more digital project management tools could further strengthen efficiency and reduce delays. Improving resource allocation and clearer project prioritization would also help teams deliver work more effectively.
