    I only work 4 month before, my start basic salary 2k even I only had less experience in stamping, everyday need OT 3 hours 6 days a week. Senior was a big trouble in there, they're not a team player so everything need to settle yourself.
    The good things1. old company very steady 2. they offer high basic salary 3. medical claim

    The good thingsI learn a lot which it I need to do a work that not on my job description, example of planning, sales and R&D work due to my position that which I directly reported to General Manager.
    The challengesDue to race minority, disadvantages in language is a high challenge in this organization. The workers tend to speak mandarin when in the same time the non-speaking mandarin worker are involve in the same conversation or discussion.

    The good thingsgood relationship among all colleagues, company are stable even during economy recession time, superior are good to work with.
    The challengesless increment and bonus, less public holidays for office staffs, prefer office staff to work for 5 days as not much operation in saturday.
