Suitable for fresh graduate who want to gqin experience

The good thingsEnvironment very good. Most of employee is very friendly. Wven though you are overload of work but not stressful.

The challengesManagement is very poor, even though you are in management level but don't have special benefit. Annual leave will give after one year working

The good thingsMy supervisor had thought me a lot about the company, learn how to handle and working with the people. Learn how to rework the parts that need to improvise, learn on how to meet a customer or buyer from different companies.

The challengesthe people in the company should not blame each others when it comes to a product problem, they should make a decision and find the solution together.
