    HOD should not pressure his staffs in a wrong way. Management is also poor.
    The good thingsGood colleagues. Nice working hours. but still yet HOD pandang pelik bila balik awal. Perli2 dalam meeting. its a bad culture and environment.
    The challengesBad cultures in engineering dept from the HOD. others are really sporting and okay as long as work is done. Not so manageable. Lots of works need to be done. sometimes not even your work, but u also need to help.

Learn more about the Quality Check for the product making & their specifications. Get experience in making & produce a solar panel (module) start from A-Z. Learn more about the important of the time as a 'time is money'. Able to control the movement in the line such as Operator report (breaktime), justification of the whole shift performance & the outbound of the materials into the line process.
    The challengesMain task as a Manufacturing Specialist at HANWHA QCELLS SDN. BHD. is control & achieved the output target & yield 99.9% on the whole shift performance. When the major issues happens such as machine down, the output target will be lost and must find solution and will be more creative to justify it. In addition, when the yield performances is decrease, MS must solve that issues by monitoring & controlling.
