good Chairman....
The good thingsaiqon has a good chairman and the working environment is very good. i had a very good mentor who teach good things and how to be very productive and how one should be as a manager.
The challengesto meet the numbers and targets is really challenging and only those with the a strong mentality will be able to handle the pressure and you must have a good team to get good results. but too many people involve in decision making and that makes more challenging.
