    The challengesWorkplace barbarian and a toxic environment are deeply damaging. Its destroys your work confidence, creating anxiety, fear, and draining your mental energy. The resulting self-doubt is crippling, and your performance inevitably suffers.

    Despite being positioned as an international company, the organization suffers from a fundamentally flawed in-house system that is outdated and inefficient, coupled with a poorly structured and unorganized master data framework, all of which are exacerbated by a management team that lacks the capability and confidence to make sound, independent decisions—resulting in a culture of micromanagement and a heavy reliance on manual reporting processes that are both time-consuming and prone to errors, ultimately reflecting a significant disconnect between the company’s global image and its internal operational reality.

    The challengesOutdated In-House System: The in-house system is poorly developed and lacks the necessary features to support modern business operations. Disorganized Master Data: Master data management is weak, with inconsistent structures and lack of standardization. This results in errors, duplicated efforts, and unreliable reporting. Weak Decision-Making from Management: The management team often lacks the ability or confidence to make independent, well-informed decisions. This leads to delays and a reliance on unnecessary escalation for routine matters. Micromanagement Culture: Employees face constant micromanagement, which undermines trust and autonomy in the workplace. This not only reduces morale but also slows down workflow efficiency. Manual Reporting Overload: Surprisingly for a global company, many reports are still prepared manually. This consumes significant time and opens up room for human error—issues that could easily be resolved with automation or proper systems.

    I enjoyed the office environment but the company needs a better IT direction and infrastructure not about just lowering headcounts and outsource all things.

    Learnt a lot about the industry but definitely not a great working experience at this company, not worth the pay despite being slightly higher than the normal market rate.
    The good thingsGood career growth inside the industry particularly in the industrial gases. You can learn a lot from the working experience. The benefits are on par with some of the reputable MNCs.
    The challengesVery bad management and zero work life balance. Very stressful working environment due to improper work management, somehow so bad that it feels like a local company culture instead of an established MNC.

    The challengesUseless meetings everyday. Management quarelled in the meetings over useless topics. Everything is slow, do expect your colleagues to give you response after 2 weeks or none at all. Gas industry's competition is huge, how do you want to stand out as compared to Linde and AP if the whole company's operation is slow? Benefits are limited. Highly not recommended.

    The challengesBe ready to fork out all your money to the company. Benefit is not even average although this is MNC company, including healthcare. No travel allowance given although your job requires you to travel so often. Be ready to meet manager with lack abilities to support the downline. Some local company have better management and benefit compared to this company.
