    The good thingsFriendly boss, fun team, great teamwork, good transparency, challenging tasks, colleagues always willing help out each other when anyone is in need.
    The challengesStressful working pace is inevitable when you're working closely with Customer Happiness as you would always need to keep up to date on user's needs, feedbacks and requirements. Even though the company practice and encourages work-life balance, but we would still need to work off hours if there're any urgent customer-related issue.

    The good thingsThe benefits working with AirAsia were such a blessing, however it will take 2 years for cabin crew to get familiarize with the job.
    The challengesThe news about the company has given the cabin crew quite stressful deal as it disturbs the harmony of the work field, passengers tend to look down on AirAsia cabin crew.
