    Contract Staff
    The good thingsThe benefits were good, free flight and movie tickets, and there are events every now and then. Comfortable working environment.
    The challengesNo proper training, but expected to learn fast. Low chances for career development. Difficult to become a permanent staff. If you're a contract staff, your contract can be ended anytime. Contract staffs don't have much benefits compared to permanent staffs.
