    The good thingsThe benefits given once confirm of position. The place that located in department is so comfortable and easy to us make our task. This is a corporate organization or group that give us more experiences and feel like we are in government sector.
    The challengesThe challenges are more to face and chase Local Authorities. Need to liase them as a teammate and make them as friend. The challenge arise when its come from 2 side in term of working time and personal. The challenges also come when faced with consultants that involved in our project. We need to push and follow up to make it project can be work smoothly.

    My Wonderful Time Working In Aircomaster
    The good thingsThe relationship among staffs and with bosses are wonderful, the working environment with open concept office set-up is so motivating, with state-of-the-art supporting equipment all around us which so helpful and mindful and very-very interesting projects to be involved in which will boost our motivation, self-esteem and still we are all human being
    The challengesNone. Everything is on top of the world. Even though there is still room for improvement but here, the only person we need to challenge is our very self. We are unique in our own way, together we create a better working culture and setting the standard way ahead of others.

Aircomaster definitely have a group of professionals that not only achieved beyond the working environment norm, the individuals knew what it meant to be work-life-fun balance. In Aircom, we believed in team work while there is no room for lone rangers. Definitely an eye opening experience

    A good place to learn and grow
    The good thingsThe environment is good, I feel very happy working here where the welfare of the staffs are really taken care of. The benefits given to the staffs are also the best and fulfill the needs of the staffs. There are proper guidance on doing the job.
    The challengesMultitasking is one of the major challenges faced. You have lots of things to do and all requires time and focus. Some departments are not cooperative in dealing with issues, they focus more on problems rather than trying to solve the problems.
