    The challengesQuantity over quality.The production management does not care much on quality but output quantity is all they need. The worst part is having depression and anxiety due to the problems and mistakes that occur everyday when u do job fast with no quality. Hope management gets their eyes opened.

    The good thingsFor office staff, flexible working hours. Good for time management. Great benefits of medical, optical and dental for self/spouse/children. Quarterly bonus, annual bonus, attendance allowance, perfect attendance award, long service award, vacancy always push for internal before they open to external, ample of career development, great office environment. Every year allocated budget for training to ensure staff development.
    The challengesLunch time entitlement, Monday to Thursday only 30 mins. But alas, over time you get used to it.

    Good to take a knowladge about aviation especially in blade turbine repair
    The good thingsVery comfortable to work at this company because assb give a good place to work,and give a class for knowledge example the management, safety, basic gas turbine. In my deparetment of ndt..assb give us to attend class for profesional cert that verified by ndt lvl 3.
    The challengesIn my work field at assb,my position is ndt inspector.The most challenges to work as my posotion is to ensure that the product must be airworthiness within refer to standard.

    Had my internship program here under Engineering Dept and it was the best time of my working life.
    The good thingsThey took a really good care of their employee with providing lunch/dinner meal, Various sports club ( active ), Family day that treat you and your whole family, annual dinner, festive gift for every major festival in Malaysia, 2 times bonus in a year and many more. To add, the working environment here are very healthy with consistence improvement with Kaizen programme which everyone can contribute to it and get reward. Plus, the folks here are very friendly too.

    The good thingsMix of MNC and local company culture which allow career development for new comer in project management role. Provide opportunities to work on multi national and cross functional projects but not too politically complex projects. Majority of time is work with local personal but yet and certain level of explosion to work with people from other countries in Europe and US.
    The challengesis a relatively small size company compare to MNC. Internal career movement / enhancement depend of availability
