    The good things- flexible working environment. - great for gaining experience,expand network
    The challenges- working with mostly demotivated staff which have relatively low salary compared to other mro,with no increment/bonus for 7+ years - limited number of crew to perform base maintenance check - limited capality in terms of toolings/spares/ cetifier to perform heavy check - lack of expertise to expand
