    The challengesCould use a breakout room to unwind/destress for some games etc. Food choices are a little limited but location is great in terms of traffic

    The good thingsThe culture within the company was very welcoming. Co-workers were like family and they were very helpful. It is a good environment to learn new things from extremely established colleagues. The manager was a great supervisor.

    Amazing Team with a Great Passion in the Work they do
    The good thingsMy Director is truly an AMAZING person and very, very passionate in helping Clients and Talents. We will work hard towards her vision and goal as she is really great. They are the BEST! Never could ask for more. We are a family who works hard and have lots of fun. Never has been a day in the office that we missed having a good laugh. All of them are very committed towards Aisling goal. Never could ask anything more.

    Awesome team mates
    The good thingsThe team unity was strong & whilst there were stress days, we managed to get some fun time in. I enjoy the comradeship & the learning opportunity of a smaller firm.. I think the idea of a smaller organization is appealing to me as i feel i'm important to the company & what it does.
    The challengesHardly, we encountered most issues head on & the leadership was super supportive at all times so nothing really could get us down without it being noticed by others. The team always pulled together to get work done.

    The good thingsThe company values and the teamwork is excellent. Working hard is always required but we play hard too which is rarely found these days in an organization.     My Director is an amazing person that we can see eye to eye
    The good thingsThe environment created is excellent and how it is maintained. Everyone is a team player and the bonding is very strong that it makes you feel at home. Personally I have the feeling of staying late and being around my team as you don't feel like you are working. You are having fun!
