We worked hand in hand on daily basis to handle issues within department or inter department. We are given chance by our superior to make decision on our own in daily task. Great learning curve and independence in decision making contribute to smooth task delivery and improve performance with less supervision.
The challengesChallenges to convince top management on registration timeline with Health Authority because they dont know much on local regulation. Quite challenging to make them understand on the registration process flow.
