    Acceptable
The good thingsWell define scope of work, low to medium stress. Good bonus scheme paid twice a year. Many feel comfortable to work here for many years.
The challengesAverage to low yearly increment. In terms of inter department work, many people are hands off type, do not take ownership and try to push new responsibility away - SOP in place is good but some times can take long time on solving problem due to tall org chart.

    Multitasking is a must.
The good thingsFriendly staff, bonus, carrer challenge, condusive working environment, clear project direction.
The challengesBell curve system for performance, seniority is main priority for promotion, by the time others performed staff will be demotivated. Departmentalism is too strong. Too rely on HQ for direction.
