    The challengespoor management, very less company benefits, no bonus management only take care old staff, new staff not being appreciated No KPI

    poor management, very less company benefits, company takes the minimum public holiday only so there are public holidays where you still have to come to work, no bonus

    Lack of management system
    The good things1. Surrounded by friendly colleague. 2. Great office and pantry but bad factory factory design and surrounding cleanliness. 3. 5 days working day (for office employee only) 4. Fresh graduate are very welcome here.
    The challenges1. Bad organization structure. 2. Most of the manager are lack of food industry experience management therefore, slow performance in each department. 3. Training for staff was not exist. 4. Lack of benefits. 5. Have to be strong both on mentality and physically. 6. Low salary payment and yearly increment. 7. Lack of team member in each dept (average 3 person per dept)
