    The good thingsPleasant working environment, the pantry is always full of foods. The benefits are also good! They always have monthly team-building activities (before MCO pandemic days) Quality control by giving reports or feedback to one another to help each other grow, learn, and improve.

    The good thingsI get to learn a lot of new things here. My supervisor here treated me very well and even gave me feedback on how I performed during my 3-month internship period. I was also able to push my limit and learnt how to adapt to different environment as it was my first working experience.

    The way management handle some cases or internal issues are very bad and not professional.
    The good thingsGood working environment, friendly staff and enjoy the event that was held every month. First company that want to know our deep feeling if we have some kind of problem during work.
    The challengesWhen voice out/need some clarification after some cases happened, management is not care for you at all. They will try put blame on you and not claim every single thing is their fault. Feeling like all the effort is not paid off. Very disappointed with management when having some issues which is clearly came from company, the management keep laughed and blaming on me, so not professional. Will take this as my bad experience and hope this bad example shown by management is not repeating again in my life or others staff here.
