Company once a place for a dream career advancement, now very high people turn over, very demand in multi-tasking, too many changes in organization, retrench people with excuse of redundancy position, highly control overtime and demand full multi task to perform. Very unhealthy working culture, and position is not secure.The good things- Depend on your manager, but mostly managers are very straight foward towards direction from regional.
- Good safety control in the plant, very high level safety demand.
- People mostly are very friendly, but when it come to work things, very poor in teamworking, always complaints and giving negative comments.
- Company still paying salary during pandemic covid-19
- This plant have a canteen, rest time for executive is flexible, because too many unnecessary meetings.
The challenges- Here there is no more clerk, position for maintenance executive, a lot of manual key in data to do. Laptop given will be fully utilize during rest rime at home to complete purchase item. Basicly, u will be a clerk, maintenance planner, purchaser, facility admin, also data tracker.
- very hard to perform, as no one would listen your difficulty, they will only questioning your capability. For easy understanding, if you have any difficulty towards your task (just talk to your mirror). End of the day, the only thing you will listen is why why why why. Too many changes protocol.
- No training given, thats why you will see requirement in advertisement, can work qoth minimum supervision. They will give online training, and expect right first time on you work. Please find lefter people in this company, check properly before u make decision to join. Not saying joining this company is not good, but people should know the situation whether suitable or not. My initial interest before join this company is for a long term career growth, but it turn up to be a salary improvement only.
