The challengesThe management approach with frequent last-minute decisions made without proper discussion with teachers, resulting in excessive workloads and poor work–life balance. Communication was largely ineffective; although weekly meetings were held, teachers were ultimately expected to follow final management decisions without meaningful collaboration or improvement in workflow. The organization experienced high staff turnover annually, which reflected deeper systemic issues. Basic facilities management was also a concern, including recurring water supply disruptions and unresolved safety and hygiene issues such as wild animals entering school premises. Students were often required to contribute food for school events, yet limited program scheduling and prioritization of VIP arrangements prevented them from fully benefiting from these activities. Overall, these challenges significantly affected staff morale, operational efficiency, and the learning environment.
