    The good thingsWork life balance. Replacement leave if public holiday fall on weekends.
    The challenges2 years no bonus & super low increment (1% for 2019). Company is not making profits, turnover very high. No job security because of may happen retrenchment.

    The good thingsExciting place. I learned a lot from the team. A working place full of fun and joy to learn more about retail and customers needs and not to forget worked as a team. Such a great place for a career growth as I learned how to be independent to handle the store and stockroom when needed.
    The challengesworking under pressure is something that we cannot avoid but hiring more staff would be more convenient to handle the store but yet payment still the same as before. Staff would be more appreciate and willing to work more passively if the Overtime been paid.
